Nerd Fly Payment

Payment Obligation: Customers of Nerd Fly are required to make timely payments for the
services provided. Payments are due on the 1st of each month.

Activation Fee for Past Due Payments: If a customer fails to make payment for a given month and
the service is suspended, they will be required to pay the outstanding balance for that month as
an activation fee upon resuming service.

Service Cancellation for Non-Payment: If payment is not received for two consecutive months,
the service will be cancelled. Customers will be required to pay the outstanding balance for both
months as an activation fee upon reactivation.

Billing for Suspended Service: Please note that even if the service is suspended due to non-payment,
Nerd Fly is still billed by the service network for the usage during that period.

Payment Method: Customers can make payments through various methods accepted by Nerd Fly.

​

Communication of Payment Issues: Customers are encouraged to communicate any payment issues

or concerns with Nerd Fly to avoid service interruptions.

Changes to Terms and Conditions: Nerd Fly reserves the right to update or modify these payment terms and conditions as needed.
Any changes will be communicated to customers in advance. By using the services provided by Nerd Fly, customers agree to abide by these payment terms and conditions.

Blocking SIM Cards

Should a SIM card be used in an unsupported device, the provider may, as a final measure, restrict the SIM card's network access.
This action temporarily disables service until the SIM is placed in a compatible device,
ensuring network integrity and service quality.
